Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds (Healthy Heads) and the Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association (ASCLA) have announced a new partnership aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes across Australia’s supply chain and logistics workforce.
The partnership brings together ASCLA’s extensive network of supply chain and logistics professionals with Healthy Heads’ expertise in mental health and wellbeing programs, resources and industry engagement. Together, the organisations will work to amplify awareness, education and support across one of Australia’s most critical industries.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding, the organisations will work together to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing, share industry insights and resources, and promote healthier workplaces across the supply chain and logistics sector.
Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds CEO Naomi Frauenfelder said the partnership recognised that workforce wellbeing is a shared responsibility across the entire supply chain.
“Supply chains are powered by people. Whether they work behind the wheel, in a warehouse, in a distribution centre or in an office, their wellbeing matters.
“We know that mentally healthy workplaces are safer, more productive and more sustainable. By working together, Healthy Heads and ASCLA can help ensure wellbeing remains a priority across all parts of the supply chain and logistics sector.”
ASCLA CEO Steven Ballerini said the partnership reflected ASCLA’s commitment to supporting the people who keep supply chains moving.
“Our industry depends on skilled and dedicated people, and their wellbeing is fundamental to its success.
“Healthy Heads has built an outstanding reputation for supporting mental health and wellbeing in transport, warehousing and logistics. We are delighted to partner with them and look forward to expanding the reach of this important work across our membership.”
The announcement comes after both organisations participate in CeMAT Australia 2026 late June in Melbourne, one of the nation’s leading trade events for supply chain, logistics and warehousing professionals. The event provided an ideal opportunity to engage with industry leaders on the importance of creating healthier, safer and more supportive workplaces.
The partnership builds on the shared commitment of both organisations to supporting the wellbeing of people working across the supply chain and logistics sector.
