Rufaro Mtuwa Named General Manager to Lead insignia’s Next Chapter of Growth and Innovation

Rufaro Mtuwa has been appointed General Manager of insignia, a leading Australian supplier of coding and marking technologies. Rufaro joined insignia in 2011 through the Winson Group graduate program, gaining experience across multiple departments, including Sales and Customer Experience. Her most recent role involved leading the Shared Services team and managing insignia’s separation from Winson Group before its acquisition by Peacock Group.

insignia, now part of Peacock Group, will operate alongside key businesses such as Peacock Bros. and AMR Hewitts Print Packaging. With over 115 staff and a customer base exceeding 3,500, insignia remains committed to providing world-class product identification and traceability solutions.

Rufaro brings over a decade of experience to the role, and her leadership will focus on driving operational excellence and strengthening insignia’s growth strategy.
